    Needed an estimate after a crash, and the guys here were courteous and professional. The turnaround was quick and the estimate was reasonable. I’m still working through insurance, but I’ll definitely bring my car back for repairs when I’m ready. Solid neighborhood auto shop in the Joliet area.

    Dan the manager was very helpful. Prior to going there I had it at another auto body shop that I had to take it back to three times and they still did not get it right. It concerned my hood in the front bumper area, Gerber was able to point out what the problem was and fixed it to my satisfaction, I'm very happy with it

    I could NOT be happier with the service we got at Gerber Collision & Glass. After a freaky accident, my car was repaired swiftly, no quibbles about insurance, the staff were friendly, our technician Stanley is EXEMPLARY and did such a good job! The repairs were reasonable and the quality of the job was OUTSTANDING. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. "Above & beyond" is a normal day here at this Gerber location. We were texted every step of the way, we knew what to expect thru the entire process and when we could expect the vehicle back - and my car came back to me so shiny and clean! Thank you!
