  Enterprise makes it easy to rent a car for work purposes. The pricing seems fair and the employees at this location (Joliet) have always been very professional and the cars they have in their fleet are in great shape. No complaints and I'll definitely rent from them again in the future.

  Not a bad place to get a car rental I’m not going to crap on them completely but you have to be very careful with the set up side of things with them. They don’t listen. I got a rental car from an insurance company because of an accident I was in, I paid for the rental myself for an extra week(7days) and apparently from what they’re saying they never gave it to me for the full seven days they gave it to me for five days when I told them how long I wanted it as well as what day I would like to drop it off and somehow they missed that or so they’re saying I’m without a car at the moment and having to turn the car in early is really going to make things a hassle for me as you can understand, just be careful here and make sure they hear you and check everything they do after they do it.

  I have rented twice from this location and I had great experiences. They are friendly and helpful. I will be returning when it’s time to rent a car again.
