  Dropped off my rental here from Indianapolis and was quick and easy no hassle and the price was cheap to me $82 and some change. I never really have a problem with enterprise honestly. So thank you ENTERPRISE

  I recently rented a Chrysler Pacifica from the location in Joliet Illinois. AHSHA SPENCER helped, and guided me through my rental process. I highly recommend this location, and most definitely Ms. Spencer. She was beyond helpful, professional, friendly, and worked very hard to make sure I was completely happy with my experience, and the vehicle. Any future car rental experiences I have, will most definitely be done at this location in Joliet with Miss Spencer.

  When I pay for the rental car. I asked him not to put it on my credit card. They created it back to my other card so now I’m stuck with over $600 to pay on a credit card not too happy about that at all and this was explained thoroughly to them

  I couldn’t reach anyone last Monday or Tuesday. Last Friday the insurance company set up a reservation for today. I’ve been calling nonstop since the morning and every call hangs up after about 11 minutes on hold. Eventually I drove here from Dwight and waited inside for a while to talk to someone. It was filled with people waiting with not 1 employee in sight. While I was inside I was still calling and the phones weren’t even ringing. I left and found someone talking to a customer outside on my way back to my car and I asked them how can I pickup my reservation. I was told to just call and they’ll have someone pick me up personally. I showed him that I was currently on hold and haven’t been able to reach anyone all day. He said that they’re busy and to give it about 20 minutes. I went back to Thomas Collision where the shop and I continued to call nonstop for the next hour or so until the shop closed. We made a joke that they wouldn’t start answering phones until it was almost time for them to close and out of curiosity I drove back (because I would’ve been stranded outside until the next day if I actually let them service my vehicle and trusted them to actually get me) and when I called I got an answer. I walked in and the phones were now ringing 30 minutes till closing time. Meanwhile the insurance company was trying to get me to just take a check off I don’t like the process . Imagine having to ride in an unsafe car for weeks just because you can’t reach anyone to give you the car that’s been reserved since last week🤦🏿‍♂️ busy or not this entire process was unprofessional. There’s no excuse for me, Thomas Collision and National General insurance to be trying to contact someone literally the entire day. There wasn’t a single hour during all business hours that they weren’t being called and no one answered until it was nearly closing time when nothing could be done anyway.
