  Yesterday we were on our way to a soccer tournament and had a tire blowout..... We were on a very tight schedule and had to do anything we could to get our soccer star to the game on-time! My wife called Enterprise and they had one vehicle left... which we reserved immediately. After a quick roadside tire swap we rushed over to the office on Jefferson Street and they got us setup. We were in and out within ~ 10 minutes. And we completed our trip, arriving at the venue right on time. Many thanks for the quick and courtesy service :)

  The customer service a the joliet enterprise on Jefferson Street was amazing, yhe employees went above and beyond to help with me car rental needs. We be renting from them again

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service – Ahsha Spencer Deserves Recognition! I rarely take the time to leave detailed reviews, but after my experience at the Enterprise location on West Jefferson Street in Joliet, I felt compelled to recognize Ahsha Spencer for the exceptional service she provided. From the moment I walked in, Ahsha was welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me. The location was experiencing a vehicle shortage, and it would have been easy to simply tell me there were no cars available. Instead, Ahsha reassured me that something would become available soon and encouraged me to hang tight. True to her word, a vehicle became available much sooner than I expected. What impressed me most was how proactive she was. She immediately got to work preparing the vehicle, making sure it was cleaned and ready to go without wasting any time. She even worked with me on an upgrade at a price that was far more reasonable than I anticipated, which was greatly appreciated. When I encountered some issues during the pickup process, Ahsha didn’t pass the problem off to someone else or disappear behind a desk. She personally came outside, stepped in, and turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a positive experience. Her calm demeanor, professionalism, and willingness to help instantly put me at ease. Customer service like this is becoming increasingly rare. Ahsha has an incredible ability to handle stressful situations while making customers feel genuinely valued and respected. Her communication skills, professionalism, and positive attitude are truly top-tier. She represents Enterprise in the best possible way, and honestly, the reason my experience was so outstanding was because of her. Enterprise is fortunate to have someone of Ahsha’s caliber on their team. If management sees this review, I hope they recognize the tremendous asset they have in her. She went above and beyond in every aspect of my rental experience, and I cannot thank her enough. Ahsha Spencer turned a simple car rental into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. Five stars isn’t enough. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👏👏👏

  Very frustrating experience today. Have always had good luck with enterprise, just not this location. Was trying to get a reservation set up, and for some reason took a tounge lashing on the phone. Quite frustrating, enterprise, do better. Needless to say, canceled my reservation. Not worth the agrivation.
