I’ve wasted money bringing my car here. They will take your money but the advisors don’t have the common courtesy to provide knowledge of car maintenance just expect you to know like if everyone in the world grew up a mechanic. When I take my car in for service I expect to not have to come back each time cause I have to check if the work was actually completed correctly. Do yourself a favor and don’t take your car here for service

I was helping my mom (74 but her first time buying a car on her own since my dad's passing) purchase a new car. D' Arcy people were absolute ROCK STARS! We did our homework of the car she wanted along with the trim and features. They didn't have the exact car on the lot, went out of their way to find it, had it there in an hour. They then proceeded with a quick, no-nonsense price. Again, we had our homework done for that part, but it was barely needed. They took the time to make this an enjoyable process vs. the horror stories often heard. The GM (Mike) was up-front, nice, and accommodating. The real shining star was our salesman, Phil. He had the heart of a teacher. He took a lot of time walking my mom through all the new technology/safety features (there are many on the new Hyundai models). Ensuring she didn't overspend on ones she didn't need while we explored her pre purchase options to detailed explanations of the ones she can use post purchase. He was calm, patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. Honestly, it's one of the best major purchase shopping experiences (so not just cars) I ever had. Thank you, Mike and Phil! She will love her new car for years to come, and I'll sleep well knowing she is in a safe car and didn't get taken advantage of. A well ran family business all around! If you are buying a car, check them out. It's worth your precious time, for sure!
