Erik D. helped me to choose a reliable replacement battery at a reasonable price and then removed and replaced the old battery. During small talk he mentioned that he was a prior technician at Ford and gave me some tips on how to keep my Ford Taurus running in good condition. Erik went above and beyond and I'm glad there's still people out there who know how to provide excellent customer service while being polite and professional. This AutoZone isn't the nearest location to me but I'll make sure to make this my new go-to for whenever I need something for my car.
