  Manny, the parts manager, has excellent customer service skills and knows how to take care of a customer, properly. He looked up, installed and verified that I was receiving the proper product for my vehicle. He was kind & professional. Highly recommended.

  I had an outstanding experience at AutoZone store located at Theodore Rd and Rt 59 in Joliet. Thanks to Kira and Dana! Both went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed for my car. Kira was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, installing a new battery on a very cold day in December (WITHOUT GLOVES!) and manicured nails! This girl is dedicated. (Fyi..she reminds you of singer Adele.) Dana was super friendly on a different day that I visited the store and made the checkout process quick and easy. It's clear that they both genuinely care about customer service. I highly recommend this location and want to give a big shoutout to Kira and Dana for making my day so much better. Thank you both!!

  This morning, my coolant light turned on and I stopped at AutoZone because I knew I needed to fill it up, but I’m not well-versed in cars. So I asked if someone would be able to help. Laney was very helpful. She was able to come outside and check my coolant levels with me, she was able to find the correct coolant for my car, and she was kind enough to help me fill it. So I greatly appreciate the help. Thank you Laney!
