A star is too much for this place, I could not give any I gave it, I went to this place with my husband's car, a car that only my husband has had as the owner. First say that I take them to the diagnosis of the car because I was turning on the cheking and it had already been passed by the computer and it even had the fault code, but as it was expected to do nothing I had to pay them more than 300 dollars this just so that they digest the same thing I had already told them, and the worst of the case that they wanted to charge me 3300 dollars, this without counting the taxes that come later, for just changing 2 parts that have to do with the circulation of the engine gases, parts that with everything and liquid that it takes to change them, do not exceed 400 dollars, not to mention that these parts should be covered by the car insurance, because we are talking about a car with only 4 years old. With that money they are asking me for I'm doing better, I sell the car and get a new car of the year, in addition and before I forget the man who attended me went around a thousand times to give me the document where he must show which are the defective parts, to in the end not give me the document I asked him for, I will never buy a car here again nor will I let anyone from my family and friends do it and wherever they ask me I will say that it is the worst place to buy, that place is to throw away your money away?

Towed my car here for recall purposes. Had a diagnostic done and other things came up that need attention. They told my husband one price over the phone and we come to pick up the car, only to be told another price. Ending up paying over $300 for a diagnostic test and the man helping my husband said “Well yeah I told you the total, but of course there’s tax.” Like we’re supposed to know as consumers that a diagnostic test would have tax attached to it? Mind you, no repairs were done to my vehicle outside of the recalls. They wanted $4,000+ for the repairs, that will now be done at local shop for $1500. I will be getting in contact with corporate about this. I’ve been loyal to Hyundai for over 15 years, Hyundai was my first car purchase EVER, but after the treatment from Jenkins Hyundai of Jacksonville, I will never buy another Hyundai ever. Complete unethical practices here, and I’m extremely disappointed.

after having a horrible experience at kia, i thought i would share the amazing experience i had at hyundai. i dropped my car off for my abs recall and was immediately greeted by advisors and every single person i spoke to was very kind and trustworthy. while i was waiting on my vehicle, i was greeted by the amazing denis. i got to test drive a potential vehicle i was looking at for the future and was given general numbers payment wise with no credit check and no pressure to purchase. i like this. although i didn’t purchase a vehicle same day, this hyundai dealership will forever have my business in the future because of this one interaction with denis.. unlike kia down the road. i went there to also look at numbers right after my amazing experience at hyundai and was unfortunately pressured and forced into a new vehicle that i was not ready for. i would have rather gave my business to hyundai. please keep up the good work and service. we need more salespeople like denis, not pressuring whatsoever. i hope you see this denis!!

I used to love coming here- they were fast, reliable and the service advisors were friendly. But when I came today, two things happened that changed my mind. First, an employee greets me and later comes to tell me as Im getting in the shuttle that my car "has damage". Of course my mind goes to, "this is bad...oh god, oh god...". She asks me if this is my car on what looks like her personal phone (complete with leopard print phone case) and it's a pic of my license plate. I say yes now slightly freaked out and she tells me I have four small spots on my windshield and that I can have it replaced by insurance. I am aware of these tiny spots and try to shrug it off. I'm already uncomfortable and Im getting a big job done ($) today, so I dont need this to worry about. She says she'll call me to discuss and I get in the shuttle. When I get back to get my car my total was $105 more than I signed off on. I ask why expecting half is tax (the estimate I signed said the amount plus tax). The cashier goes to ask and comes back and tells me its a fee for disposal of liquids, gloves, etc. I tell her that wasn't on the estimate and should have been disclosed. She says okay and slides the papers to me to sign. That will be the last time I visit this location. There are plenty of other Hyundai dealerships, so if you go here be sure to ask for ALL fees before signing any paperwork to avoid the shock. As for the windshield, that was weird and I used to think this location wasn't grabbing for money but now I'm not so sure. I'm also going to tell myself that she didn't use her personal phone to photograph my car and license plate... I will say my service advisor Nadija was nice as always and the shuttle driver, Adam, is a hoot (he had me cracking up). Hopefully Jenkins will do better in the future.

I purchased a brand new 2026 Hyundai Tucson hybrid limited on the 27th of February. The vehicle was not ready that day so I picked it up on the 28th and was called at 10:00 a.m. to be told that it was ready. I got to the dealership around 1:00 p.m. and the vehicle was dirty and it was not detailed and there was plastic wrapping everywhere on the inside still left on and the vehicle did not have gas in the vehicle ready to go as they promised. It did not have the all-weather mats installed and there was no license plate on the vehicle. When I asked about the all-weather mats my salesperson aloha went to another vehicle and took them out of that vehicle and brought them to my car and put that in the back of the vehicle with the old weather mats still sealed up in their box. They did not even install them. When I asked my salesperson about this aloha just kept giving excuses and I was very displeased at how this vehicle went through a pre-delivery checklist and yet nothing was completed and the salesperson aloha just made excuses. I was also told that the blue link was activated and I checked with aloha at least two times during the week and was told that it was activated and taken care of. It was not and I finally called Blue Link myself and was told that the dealership only completed half of what they needed to so I had to complete the rest to get Blue Link working. On Sunday March 1st I called and spoke to the sales manager and told him what it happened and he offered to compensate me for my time and also to come back the next week to have it detailed. I did come back on the following Friday March 6th and the sales manager did give me a check for the compensation however twice I was told by my salesperson aloha that the only reason they were giving me a check was so that I would lie on a survey and give them a great rating. This very much insulted me and my integrity to think that I was going to lie just because I was offered compensation for the incredibly poor way of selling a vehicle and delivering that same vehicle. It truly felt like extortion and pressure to get that check that was offered to me. Then they took my vehicle to have a detailed. I got to the dealership around 5:15 p.m. and at 7:05 p.m. they brought back my vehicle and the vehicle was not even wiped down and their or spots everywhere on the driver side of the vehicle and it was evident that the vehicle was never wiped down. I also found more plastic that was still on the vehicle that we had not spotted before and it was on the front grill which they would have had to have seen if they detailed the car correctly. When the detail manager came out he immediately made excuses and said that it was excess water that was splashed on my car on the driver side because when it was driven from the detail area to the front of the dealership the vehicle only made left hand turns and that's how it got splashed on there. As you can imagine that was the most absurd answer you could ever give someone and he proceeded to make more excuses and when I called him on it he just got mad and walked away. I will never use or recommend this dealership to anyone. I do not feel that they deal honestly in their business practices and that the sales person will just make up an answer on the fly to any question but not give a direct answer. When I got the vehicle I did not get the dealer sticker and it took me asking for separate times for a copy so that I could see what dealer add-on was part of my deal. I finally had it text to me, a copy, on Saturday March 6th so it took a whole week of asking and that is incredibly poor customer service. The entire experience starting with the salesperson, except for the sales manager was an awful experience and to not have the vehicle ready on February 28th and then redone on March 6th and still not be correct is absolutely unexcusable for someone purchasing a new car. I would not trust them with purchasing another vehicle there and I very much would not trust them on doing any maintenance on my vehicle ever. Do not purchase a vehicle here.
