  I've needed to rent a car twice in the past few months and went to this store both times I really liked the experience the first time. the second I discovered you really need to order ahead as much as possible.the young lady running it was very pleasant and helpful. I had a good experience both times . This was (my first experience ever) handing the gas station attendant a $20 and she handed back change. After a 140+ mile trip.

  We recently had to rent a car from Enterprise and the entire experience was a good one. The people we dealt with were very kind and knowledgeable and the car we were given to drive was very nice. Great job, Jacksonville Enterprise!
