  We recently had to rent a car from Enterprise and the entire experience was a good one. The people we dealt with were very kind and knowledgeable and the car we were given to drive was very nice. Great job, Jacksonville Enterprise!

  This location is fantastic. The representative that helped me was insanely knowledgeable and professional during my entire check in. She ensured I knew all the safety features of my vehicle when she knew I would be traveling in a snow storm. I cannot commend the customer service more. Additionally, the app made it easier to update my reservation and figure out how to do an after hours return. Overall I would 100% use this Enterprise again!
