  These guys did a great job and helped me out a lot, they even went as far as sending someone out to replace my battery because I couldn't even start my car to get to them. They went above an beyond, doing fabulous work

  Everyone at Spee Dee is very nice. The technicians are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain what the issue is with your vehicle. They also explain what they did to repair your car. The price is fair and the hours are great so you don’t have to take off work just to take your vehicle to the shop. I would recommend this shop.

  Where do I even start ? The new guys up front are completely incompetent I’ve seen the bigger of them yelling at people. The one Cody guy was on the phone with the manager calling my friend a bunch of names and talking about her RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER. They quoted her and then tried to charge her more. The technicians had to come Out and explain things to her and I’m not even sure that’s their job! She was in tears when she called me they upset her that bad and to top it off the kid refused to give her car back ! I’ve been there for my oil changes with my husbands car and these guys literally just walk around clueless. No one has any knowledge of anything up front. It’s mindblowing what this place has become since just last year in the spring. Put those people back! This place is going to close …how sad. If only Jerry could see it now :(

  Took my car for an alignment and I was told inner and outer tire rods needed to be replaced because they were seized. Was charged a diagnostic charge, and drove the car home with a worse alignment than it came in with somehow. Got the car home and nothing was seized. In fact the tie rod ends were still loose. Did a simple adjustment in my garage and got the steering wheel straight and the alignment good in less than 15 minutes. Have this all online video and will be in contact with corporate about getting this fixed. Damage to all four wheels from alignment, heads and torn boot on one of the tie rod ends that was not torn yesterday when I was under the car. Do not recommend this place at all.
