- MBmelanie Brunet1 day ago1.0All four of my breaks were done by them. There was a noise rattling underneath my car. I took it back. They couldn’t find anything wrong. They didn’t even look at the break job they did.. I took my car into the Volvo dealership afterwards. They found that some bolts were missing on the front brakes , one was finger tight and brakes were not calibrated. they were amazed, and they took a video of this. Plus I have documentation. They said I am lucky to be alive and they have never seen anything like this. I was charged $584.07 to fix their mistakes from my dealership. the manager at SpeeDee oil in Ingelside,, submitted a reimbursement to the corporate office in Colorado at 5575 DCT Parkway Suite 100 in Greenwood Village, Colorado. The corporate office submitted me a check two days later then revoked the check and took it out of my account. I have sent an email to the. BBB. After this, I called speedy oil to tell them of this experience. I said I was more hot than anything that nobody even apologized to me that they are sorry that this happened and glad to see I’m safe. I had no apology at all. I asked to speak to the manager and I got the runaround .The person I spoke to on Saturday at 9:20 AM on November 22, 2025 started cussing at me and screaming at me on the phone, then hung up on me. I would never suggest taking your car there. Just be careful of who you trust your safety with.
