- GSGreg S.4 days ago1.0I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this car wash. What should have been a routine visit turned into costly damage to my vehicle. The tire shine mechanism caused visible creases in both of my front fenders — damage that was absolutely not there prior to entering the wash. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, they completely dismissed my claim. Their reasoning? Their cameras “couldn’t pick up” the damage because it was a horizontal dent located toward the bottom of the fender. That explanation is unacceptable. Just because your equipment failed to capture the damage does not mean it didn’t happen — it means your monitoring system is inadequate. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff deflected and refused to properly investigate or acknowledge the issue. There was no attempt to resolve the situation, no accountability, and no customer care. At this point, I will be escalating this matter to the Better Business Bureau. I would strongly advise others to avoid this location unless you’re willing to risk damage to your vehicle and a complete lack of support if something goes wrong.

This isn’t a one-time issue—it’s been happening for a long time and nothing has improved. I’ve tried to give it chances, but at this point it’s not worth the damage. I’ll be canceling my membership and taking my cars somewhere that actually takes care of them.
