Why can’t you give me an estimate over the phone?
We’re unable to provide pricing over the phone for a few important reasons. Our technicians must inspect the vehicle in person to accurately diagnose the problem. Each vehicle has its own history, including past maintenance and driving conditions, which can affect the issue. A thorough, hands-on evaluation ensures we identify all concerns and deliver a precise estimate. Meeting face-to-face also helps us build trust and ask the right questions to better understand what’s going on with your vehicle.
How much is an oil change?
Each vehicle has specific requirements for an oil change. These depend on the type of oil needed (such as synthetic or synthetic blend) as well as the amount of oil the engine requires.
Why can’t you install parts that I bought for my vehicle?
We’re unable to install customer-supplied parts because our insurance does not cover failures related to those parts. Additionally, we cannot provide a warranty on them, which means you would be responsible for paying labor again if the part were to fail.
Why do you still need to diagnose my check engine light when the local auto parts store already did?
