I took a rental from them and the car had a check engine on and as soon as I left the place the light for low pressure tire came on. Took the car back next day to be changed with another and Eric was very unhelpful. I drive the car only 10 miles and I had all the bad experience with them. Another car that was offered to me had front tires that were in very bad shape and Eric said that he can’t change the tires and he did not even said that he will bring that issue to anyone’s attention. Dangerously place with a very bad condition cars.

We began to record the issues when the rep said not necessary she was documenting all the issues She did show us her pictures before we left. We dropped the car off and 20 minutes later we get a call about what we're we prepared to do about the damage. Returned to the agency to show the few pictures we had taken. Apparently, they no longer had the pictures taken earlier. Nor did they have any record of the condition of the car when it was turned in before our renting. They did not understand nor display any interest in our disappointment and just got mad we we very vocally upset. At present I am not convenient this is resolved. I got an email showing a damage report was filed.

Everything was set up by the adjuster, I had a call from an employee saying that my minivan should be ready by the day after in the morning. I called them in the morning and I asked if the minivan was ready for me she said yes we have it ready for pickup. When arrived their they wanted to give me a 5 seats car instead a 7 seats that was reserved and approved by the insurance. I told them that someone called me from their office to confirm the reservation and that called before coming to confirm the minivan is ready for me Amanda said that I wasn't approved for a minivan which wasn't correct and then said that neither she nor her colleague talked with me. Longue story, short story don't go there. I called the Algonquin location and they were amazing.
