I got there (before noon) and the doors were locked. I called and was hung up being told We Are Closed. I later received an email with a copy of the contract for my reserved car. Signed at 1138am. Everywhere else sold out even airport! I ended up getting car from airport next day for more than 4x cost of my original reservation. Noone has reached back out! And I had to cancel the hotel I booked in PA that night and am now trying to get that refunded as well :(

The vehicle I received from Amanda Sadowski had a serious safety issue the driver's side rear wheel axle was broken and wobbling noticeably. Multiple people stopped us to alert us that something was wrong with the car. When we immediately returned to the location to address the problem, Amanda told us the car was fine and claimed there were no other vehicles available for exchange. She also refused to process a refund, despite us returning within an hour of pickup. However, when we had a third party call to make a new reservation, they were told cars were available that same day. We had to use this reservation to force the location to finally swap out the unsafe vehicle and sign a new contract proving we had been misled about vehicle availability all along. This was an unacceptable experience involving both a dangerous vehicle and dishonest customer service.
