    We have been to different Jiffy Lubes in NW suburbs over the past 20 years, but we chose this location because it was open on Sunday. With the exceptional service and knowledgeable staff, we are making this location our #1! Thanks to Ivan and his crew for doing a great job with our car!

    I've been a consistent customer to JiffyLubes for 20 years and this location for 10. Unfortunately, the upselling gas gotten so bad at least 1 to 4 things are pushed at you that you don't need. The oil changes aren't cheap without a coupon. The price for things, when being upsold, become so fluid it feels like trying to make a deal at a flea market in Tijuana. No thanks, I gave them 3 different tries to see if this is policy or maybe a one off bad experience. All three times it is rotate tires that are equally tread, flush everything, and basically anything else possible for too much money. My family's 3 cars will go elsewhere. Good job corporate sucking out the life of a faithful customer for max profit, must have had a venture capitalist takeover along the way.

    The manager Ivan was super nice and extremely helpful ! And the employees were all kind and efficient! I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation was recommended, with his awesome kindness he helped me with the price and was very sweet about it ! We will definitely be coming to this location for their help and service. 10/10 would recommend coming to this Jiffy Lube !

Ivan, the manager, is always thorough, informative, and makes sure I clearly understand what my vehicle needs and what services have been completed.     I had a very serious and unsafe experience at Jiffy Lube #331 (Premium Velocity Auto, LLC) located at 1 W Higgins Road, Hoffman Estates, IL. I came in for a vehicle inspection on March 27, 2026, around 4:00 PM. While waiting in the waiting area, I was able to see my vehicle through the window. I clearly observed a technician removing the protective underbody cover from my car. A few minutes later, I saw my vehicle being driven out of the service bay, but I did not see anyone reinstall the cover. Concerned, I asked the staff member at the counter why something was removed from under my car and mentioned that I did not see it being reinstalled. I was immediately told that it was done only to check for leaks and that everything had already been properly put back. I specifically asked again to confirm, since I had not seen it being reinstalled. I was reassured with confidence that everything was fully secured. Because I was in a hurry and my car was already out of the bay, I left without checking underneath at that moment. After driving home (about 20 minutes), I checked underneath my car in my garage and discovered that the protective cover was completely missing. It had been fully removed and never reinstalled, leaving critical components such as the oil and fuel system exposed. This is a serious safety issue. Driving in this condition could have resulted in damage or a dangerous situation on the road. I had to return to the shop, wasting over an hour of my time. What made the situation worse was the response from the staff who handled my inspection (names listed on my paperwork include Ivan C., Khristian M., and George A.). Instead of apologizing, the manager/inspector was dismissive and stated that if I approached them with complaints like this, I would “not get anything,” and that this kind of conversation “does not work” with them. This response felt unprofessional and inappropriate given the seriousness of the situation. Only after repeated requests did they reinstall the cover. However, after returning home again, I noticed that the cover had been reinstalled improperly and misaligned. As shown in the attached photos, there is a visible gap caused by careless installation, which again raises concerns about the quality and professionalism of the service. At this point, I cannot even be confident that it was installed correctly. Returning a vehicle in an unsafe condition, providing incorrect information, and then failing to properly fix the issue is completely unacceptable for a business performing vehicle inspections. I cannot recommend this location.
