  Im and out with cabin filter and synthetic oil change completed in less than 20 minutes.. Thank you. P.S. they offer FREE top offs in between oil changes

  This is my favorite Jiffy Lube to visit for an oil change. My wife and I brought both of our cars over for routine work on a Saturday. The staff couldn't have been nicer. Good people who take good care of your vehicles. They don't try to upsell or pressure customers into unnecessary service which is always appreciated. Before you go, check your mailboxes because they circulate coupons pretty regularly.

  Went there for an oil change on my work truck. They told me that it’s ready,I paid and I left. 10 miles later all my dashboard lights went on . I immediately pulled over and got out of the truck to find that they didn’t tighten the oil filter cap and all the oil was out on the road. I called them and they send Rick the manager to do an oil change on the side of the road. I asked him how can he be sure that the engine is not damaged , because I was driving with no oil? He’s response was ITS 50/50 chance. I told him not to do anything because it’s my work truck and I don’t want to take 50/50 chance. I said that I prefer to tow it to the dealership and have them take a look. He said that if that’s what I want to do they will cover the cost of towing truck and the repairs if they is any. So I towed the truck to the dealership and likely I pulled over on time and didn’t damage the engine. They changed the oil and I paid for the check up and oil, which Rick the manager reinsured me that they will cover. I went back to Juffie in Hoffman and the manager Rick gave me to fill out some paperwork to open a case for refund and said it will be refunded in a week or two. ITS BEEN 8 MONTHS. No refund!!!! Rick the manager of course stop responding and every time I went the he disappeared for a lunch break. Horrible experience!!!

  Good oil change and other services but awful at time estimates. I asked how long would it take after estimate of services was approved and was told a time. It took 15+ minutes more than the estimate. I asked them to train better on time estimates and he explained it away because the person who gave the estimate was in high school.

  I have been going to this jiffy Lube for years. The staff is like a revolving door I went and had Services Done, oil change, air filter, change, tire, pressure checked, and that is all I have been done for years until I was approached by one of the managers that told me if I ever need a help that he helped me out. Time went along, and my vehicle was having difficulty starting. so I visited the location and asked the manager to To check and see what was wrong with my car I told him everything that was going on with my car and he told me that it sounded like a alternator so I took my car to AutoZone to get it checked, and I was told it was a starter when I came back to the manager. He told me OK since it was a starter he could fix it for me for $125. I asked him when should I come up there? He told me I didn’t have to come up there that he will come to my place of residence. to do the repairs so as time went along by the time he made it. My vehicle stopped starting. He told me that he will be over here to fix it, but yet he sent his worke to fix it when the worker made it the worker fixed and changed my starter. The car started, but now dash lights were on when they weren’t before I reached out to the worker that came to my residence in his jiffy Lube uniform and he ignored me for several days. He told me that he will be back to see what was going on with my car. I paid him for the starter repair, and then I also paid him for my brake line repair in which he stated was the problem once he fixed the brake line it was paid. I then sent him a picture showing him that the brake light was still on, so we repaired brakes. Then I paid to get my brakes fixed. The brake light was still on reached out to him. He told me another brake line was broken and to bring my car up to the shop that he had the part that he would fix it after that I sent my car up to the shop by my daughter in which you never got fixed, and this young man disappeared on me. I soon found out from the manager that sent him her that he was fired I went back to the original person who was the manager that sent that young man to my house and he told me that the guy doesn’t no longer work there nor does he and I pretty much was on my own so I reached out to corporate which all they did was reach out to the very same store to have their district manager to reach out to me to tell me that he was only going to pay for my starter and not my brake line that was broken. I’m sorry my two brake lines that was broken by their worker in his uniform on my at my place a residence to make a long story short. I have not been able to go to work a week and a half now I’m about to lose my job and all these managers want to do a jiffy Lube excuse me. The district manager wants to do is to just tow my car and fix my starter. What about my brake line in the life of me and my children for your safety be careful and be weary of the workers at this jiffy Lube. They are Dangerously ruining lives what about my break line I drive my grand kids to school in this van my grand baby hasn’t been to school and I can’t go to work this is sad
