Their staff is very very courteous and keep up with time. The only drawback is that their waiting room smelt like smoke. They could make a rule to have ppl not smoke in the waiting rooms.

- BHBrian HansonDec 21, 20251.0Have been going here for almost 6 years, will never go back. Service has gone WAY down, along with the detail put in. Went there today, walked in to a guy and lady complaining about being there for 2 hours, sat there for an hour waiting for my car to get the standard service, nothing special. While sitting there, the car in the first bay pulled out and had tools under the wheel. The car owner had to run out and tell them to stop driving the car so he could pull the tools out from under the tire. After an hour wait, my air cabin filter was never checked or inspected, as I watched what was being looked at, no vacuuming either. Then when the service guy pulled up my sheet to pay, 1/2 of the items were marked as not inspected. I asked him why they weren't and he said that they sometimes don't do all of the items so that they can get people out quicker. I asked why I should pay for the entire thing, when they only did 1/2, and he just said I wasn't paying for it, to which I said I was paying for the 21-point inspection, he just said ok, and continued to reiterate the cost and ask if I was paying cash or card. Then when I went out and asked the guy at the bay why they hadn't provided the entire service I was paying for, he said "Oh, we did it, I just didn't check the box", which I know what was not true at all, he just got caught. Final thing when the receipt was printed, and you couldn't read any of it because the printer was messed up and 1/2 of the items on the receipt weren't legible because of ink problems. Par for the course at that point. The entire thing was a clown show. After 6 years, someone else will be conducting my oil changes, inspections and tire rotations moving forward, because I have no faith in anyone at this location after what I saw from the time I walked in, until I left. Not sure why the service has gone down so much, but it is not the same place it used to be. Time to move on
