  Employee repeatedly and suspiciously insisted on putting my trailer hitch on the ball while I did my signal check following a valid complaint from a previous service where my trailer was damaged during winterization. Employee either intentionally or negligently did not insert the safety pin. I suspect this specific employee parked my boat off the recorded section of the parking lot near the hotel to avoid legal consequences in retrospect, but proving it would be impossible due to the convenient lack of surveillance at that location. This should be a police report, but since this location will just replace the incompetent employee with another person of similar capability and it appears to me that this may have been intentional, I would prefer to simply let all of your customers know that one of your employees willfully or negligently put hundreds of people at risk on I-90 from Hoffman Estates to South Beloit, including myself . Yet another neon sign screaming “Go anywhere else.” I know I will be! Can’t trust the people I bought the boat from to touch it without putting lives at risk!

  It felt more like some kind of grocery store. It just didn’t have that outdoor spirit. Despite it having all of the elements of door and goats.😞

There’s a sense of order and comfort — modern buildings wrapped in the open calm of prairie country 🏞️✨. It’s the kind of place where you can step out of your car, take a breath, and feel both the present and a whisper of the old Midwest landscape at the same time. Steady, peaceful, and quietly welcoming.

  Scott in the Archery department, when way above and beyond to actually go out and open two pallets on the loading doc(I assume), to find the exact broadheads I needed. Guys like Scott make my day and make your business successful.
