Scott in the Archery department, when way above and beyond to actually go out and open two pallets on the loading doc(I assume), to find the exact broadheads I needed. Guys like Scott make my day and make your business successful.

Disappointing experience from beginning to end. My thinking was that if I used a certified service center at least I would get professional competent work even if it was at a higher price. I called to inquire about preventative maintenance as well as a couple other small issues speedometer fuel gauge, trim noise, wheel bearing grease, and some trailer lights. I was told that it would be done in 2 weeks. Probably less. Dropped it off at the agreed upon time on a Friday after hearing nothing for 8 days. I called and was told that they were pulling it in to start on it that day. Why would you schedule an appointment for work if you can't even get it into the shop for another 8 days? I missed two weekends of boating time for nothing. After hearing nothing again. I called on Monday and was told that the 300-hour service was done. The other items were done and we were only waiting for one trailer light. That should be there Tuesday and it would probably be finished Tuesday or Wednesday after still hearing nothing. I called on Wednesday and was told that unfortunately it would not be done and it would probably be done on Friday. I had emphasized several times from the very beginning that I was not in a rush and would rather have it done right than fast, and was told that it would definitely be done by Friday. No problem after hearing nothing. I called Friday at noon and was told that they had not even started the 300 Hour service yet and that they were going to start it immediately and it would be ready to be picked up by 6:00 p.m. I arrived at 5:45 to a technician with it Still completely torn apart. After standing around for 2 and 1/2 hours till 8:30.$1700 later it was "done" . One issue that I wanted to address from the beginning was that the trim was making a squeaking noise and I was informed that it was simply low on fluid Even though there were no leaks present and after filling it with fluid it was good to go until a "master technician" rediagnosed it and said that no. The powertrim system was failing due to damaged piston rods and that it was out of warranty and would need to be replaced at a cost of 2 to $3,000. They could not tell me if it was going to fail tomorrow or a year from now. It would just get worse and worse louder and louder and eventually stop working and I needed to have it replaced before then. After taking the boat home and running the trim up and down in the driveway with it still squeaking loudly I put my hand on the Rams and did not feel any vibration. Put my hand on the cowling and felt vibration. Put my hand on the tilt tube and felt a lot of vibration. This is where the squeaking noise was coming from. Two sprays of lithium grease on the tilt tube and the noise and vibration immediately went away. There's nothing wrong with the tilt trim system at all. It was simply unlubricated tilt tube. Part of the service that I asked for multiple times was everything greased and was told that yes everything was greased. After further inspecting, I noticed that there are still spider webs attached from the cowling to the grease fitting caps which were never removed. I was also told that the anoids were part of the 300 hour service. One was replaced. None of the others were replaced. I'm not sure if they did the alternator belt as they said the thermostat the filters. I can't really trust that anything was done that I was told was done. I'm going to take it back. Hopefully they'll do something to make a right. It's just disappointing that even if you pay top dollar at a certified service center, you still have to deal with incompetence from communication to the actual technical work would not recommend.
