  Andrew from AutoZone was so helpful!! While on our family road trip to Kentucky, we ended up stuck in Chicago with a bad coil and failing spark plug in the AutoZone parking lot. Andrew ran the check engine codes and got us the parts and tools we needed. Thanks to Andrew, he and my husband got our family back on the road to vacation.

  Very bad expierene with the car batteries. I bought one in jan 2024 and that battery was gone in nov 2024 , which was only 10 months after I bought. They replaced one with the new and that battery gone in march 26 within 14 months. How come? First time they said the battery came bad and the second time they gave the same reason. Feels like they intentionally sell the bad batteries to customers.

  Highly recommend this store! The manager, Mario, was INCREDIBLY helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I needed new windshield wiper blades and didn't know where to start. He had me in and out with new blades installed in under 10 minutes! Definitely A++ service!
