  Horrible service today. Possibly new employee. I came in , employee was ready to show me to car and in walks a new customer. The employee stops everything she is doing with me and has me wait 15-20 minutes bc the new customer doesn't want the compact car her insurance paying. The employee had me wait while she was on the phone trying to reach someone from the lady's insurance company. I then proceeded to tell her like how much longer? Who does that like? You need to learn time management and finish with one customer before you proceed with someone else. The last few cars I have gotten have not been cleaned or not have enough air in tires and have warning signal

  Mr. Jackson was so kind and helpful! We were given a rental through insurance and were supposed to get the smallest car but he made sure that we got a car that our car seat fit in! The car was very clean and well kept.

  Though a small shop, I was helped quickly and efficiently. Ilou was a big help! I could tell he wanted to make the experience as easy as possible- and he did. Will definitely recommend the Highland Enterprise to friends and family.

  It’s a small agency but customer service is top notch. We have used them on multiple occasions with no issues .
