  Haven’t actually got the rental yet and I’m already fuming! My insurance company secured a rental after I was in an accident. I was contacted by enterprise highland office. They would do a drop off at 9:30 on Wed morning. It is now 10:10 and no car in sight, no phone call nothing. Do better Enterprise. If you’re going to provide a service make sure you can perform the service. My car was over an hour late. However, Lou and Toby were very friendly and helpful. My heart went out to Llou. He’s been put in a very difficult situation. Low staff numbers but still requiring 2 people to do the work of a full staff. Shame on you Matt (district Mgr) and Enterprise as a company for throwing your employees to the wolves like that. You set them up for failure. Llou has gone above to make things right and I appreciate that

  Fantastic service: friendly, professional, and helpful for someone renting her first rental car in a stressful situation! I highly recommend them! And the car was spotless, well maintained, and perfect for my needs.

  I was provided a rental through Enterprise in Highland, Il through the insurance company. The gentlemen there were so polite and helpful! They took the time to make sure the care I got was satisfactory to me before they rented itto me. They took the time to explain everything and even called me when my rental period was up to see if I needed to keep the car longer. When I brought the car back they made sure I had a vehicle so I wouldn't be left with nothing. They were very sweet. Thank you! Highly recommend this location!

  I have been renting cars for over 10 years due to being 850 miles away from my family. I had reserved a full size SUV for my trip down to see my family 2 weeks ago. 3 days before pick up they called me to confirm my appointment. They also informed me that if I did not have a major credit card, I would not be entitled to any of their "premium vehicles" and offered me a mini van that they didn't even have at their location. Got a call last night from Luke, I believe his name was, telling me he was looking for a van, and not to come up to the office until he had one. 10am this morning I receive another call, from Luke, very agitated and yelling at me because I was not at the office yet, when he told me the night before he would call me when my mini van was ready. I rushed up there, just for them to haggle me over a utility bill so they could see, since I didn't have a credit card, that I was "rich enough" to rent with a poor persons debit card. After showing him 3 different bills I was told none of them were good enough and left with no vehicle. I will do business with another company who actually cares about their regular customers and not just "high roller" customers. Don't even bother with this place, just go to Hertz in O'Fallon. Way better customer service.

  I needed a rental while my Truck was being repaired. Enterprise Rent-A-Car was a great choice. The staff at the Highland IL office was top notch. Very friendly and professional. The Assistant manager (Llou Jackson) went above and beyond with getting me a great vehicle to use. I needed a car that could handle the snow predicted for the next few days. The rental was a beautiful loaded GMC Terrain. The whole Rental experience went so smoothly. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing this service
