  Mr. Jackson was so kind and helpful! We were given a rental through insurance and were supposed to get the smallest car but he made sure that we got a car that our car seat fit in! The car was very clean and well kept.

  Though a small shop, I was helped quickly and efficiently. Ilou was a big help! I could tell he wanted to make the experience as easy as possible- and he did. Will definitely recommend the Highland Enterprise to friends and family.

  It’s a small agency but customer service is top notch. We have used them on multiple occasions with no issues .

  Haven’t actually got the rental yet and I’m already fuming! My insurance company secured a rental after I was in an accident. I was contacted by enterprise highland office. They would do a drop off at 9:30 on Wed morning. It is now 10:10 and no car in sight, no phone call nothing. Do better Enterprise. If you’re going to provide a service make sure you can perform the service. My car was over an hour late. However, Lou and Toby were very friendly and helpful. My heart went out to Llou. He’s been put in a very difficult situation. Low staff numbers but still requiring 2 people to do the work of a full staff. Shame on you Matt (district Mgr) and Enterprise as a company for throwing your employees to the wolves like that. You set them up for failure. Llou has gone above to make things right and I appreciate that
