  Very confusing on how to get an exterior wash and dry without being a member. The money taker said just tip a few bucks for a dry when you're through the wash. Three separate lanes when exiting the wash, non-members (the go away lane), members (get a dry), and then the interior detail. I “tipped” $15 thinking I was getting the interior done. Got a two minute dry and there's your car back. Do not recommend!

  They clean my car well this time It's better to bring your car when they aren't busy, than they take time to clean much better than busy time

  After trying a lot of car wash and detailing services over the years, I decided to purchase the annual unlimited package at Waterway Carwash and paid for the full year upfront. Overall, this is one of the more professional and consistent car wash operations in the area. The facility is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the process runs efficiently every time. The unlimited plan makes the most sense if you go often. I usually stop in multiple times per week, and in that situation the value is there. If you only go once in a while, the single wash price is close to a hand wash, so the membership is really the way to go. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the finishing work. The drying and vacuum crew does a good job, but not always the level of detail I expect when paying for the top package. They are always willing to touch things up if you ask, but at this price point the final result should be more consistent without needing to point things out. Overall, very well-run operation and still one of the better premium car wash options on the North Shore but just not perfect every time.

  Oh no, no, no. Do not come to this Waterway Carwash on Skokie blvd. They gone downhill. Used to come all the time to this car wash not no more. They don’t throughly clean the car and you have to pay extra for a dry. Not worth it.

  I’m a luxury private chauffeur in the North Shore, and having a membership with this car wash has been such a help. The Highland Park location is my favorite. I love the vibe here. want to give a huge shoutout to the manager, JESUS who has always been kind, welcoming, and easy to work with. And a big thank you to JAMES, who truly runs this place like a champ! He is knows how to handle both people and the pace of this business. This location is lucky to have him. Another special mention to BELLA, who just cleaned my car. She’s the only female here doing car cleaning and I think that’s amazing! She did such a beautiful job on my car. I truly hope they all receive the recognition they deserve from the company. Overall, I’m very pleased and highly recommend a membership. Everyone is accommodating and efficient. The Northbrook location is also my next favorite. I do wish their merchandise items prices become competitive.
