"This was the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. I found a car on Facebook for $25,000, but when I went to buy it in cash, they suddenly raised the price to $27,000, saying it wouldn't be profitable unless I financed. They also pushed a $2,999 protection plan, which was completely optional. In the end, they refused to honor the original price, and the car ended up costing $30,000 plus taxes and fees. I do not recommend them at all. They are unprofessional, they don't stick to advertised prices, and they clearly don't know how to run a business."

Gravity Auto had a vehicle I was interested in and I spoke to and texted with a salesperson who was extremely unprofessional in my opinion. I still wanted the vehicle, despite her rudeness, so I called back and asked to speak to a manager to buy the vehicle. i was transferred to Brandon and I gave him the stock number from the website for the vehicle I was interested in and asked him what amount the check or wire needed to be for including $900 shipping, as that is what I was quoted by the other person to ship the vehicle as I am out of state. He took a minute and then came back with a number that was significantly higher than the price on the website and higher than I had been quoted. I asked him where he got that figure and he said that if i don't finance with them, they charge a "dealer fee" of $2,689.00. I was shocked by this and asked what this "dealer fee" was for and he said that finance is a profit center and if I didn't finance with them, they charge an extra $2,689.00. I told him that was insanity and we ended our call. A dealership charging $2,689.00 extra if you don't finance with them is absolutely criminal and I would not recommend this dealership.
