The repair was completed was faster than expected and they even cleared the snow off the car for me. The team worked around my schedule to pick up the car as well. The collaboration between Gerber and the rental company was also seamless with the rental car waiting for me when my car was dropped off.

The car was still drivable but had huge dents and broken lights. Our collision place in San Diego said they could not get the car done before we left and that it would take at least a week and a half. When we got here our insurance sent us to Gerber. I worked with Bill and he was very kind and courteous. They kept us up to date on where our car was in the repair cycle and it was done in a few days, much more quickly and efficiently than San Diego planned! The work is solid and the car looks fantastic. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend!
