  My overall experience with this dealership was awfully poor… From the start, the sales rep I was with to the managers of the sales team then to the service department, I purchased a used vehicle during late November. Throughout this process, I followed instructions and was told to wait a month for any repairs or warranty claims so my warranty can be activated. Turns out my vehicle was sold to me unsafe conditions and under unsafe measures with many major and minor damages. One of the major damages was towards the blockage of my gear shift in my transmission, which was both mentioned and brought to light to my sales rep before purchase. It’s been 3 months going on 4 months, I have only driven my car for 3 weeks throughout this entire time of buying my vehicle from this dealership. They filled my head with false support, unreal and non-caring sympathy just to make another vehicle sale they no longer wanted on their lot. Given I’m a first time car buyer and younger in age, they sure did show me that my well-being and overall safety isn’t valued as much as their representation especially how nice this dealership is you’d think the staff would be mutual. If you’re reading this and a potential client of interest planning to purchase a new/used vehicle from here, I’d suggest reconsidering. This dealership is leaving my liable of their poor service and execution to fulfilling their own obligations set for their clients. They are currently forcing me to pay $4500 towards a transmission, which I have a powertrain warranty on for repairs. Haven’t drove my car since December 10th, 2025. Today is February 23rd, 2026. With the difficulties I have encountered here, I would encourage anyone reading this to ensure their services are mutually valued through your consultants here. I hope this has helped you! Attached is a photo of what a car dealer told me during the 3 weeks of having my vehicle. Another file will be attached showing proof that my vehicle came with a unacceptable amount of unknown issues. Another photo will be my vehicle at the exact location of this dealership.   Very Disappointed! I began my search online. HP Genesis responded almost instantly. I was told about a great GV70 on it's way to dealership, purchased from Genesis. I thought it was priced accordingly, due to the matte color.I was not told history. Transparency, full disclosure builds trust. they never informed me this car was purchased back by Genesis under the Lemon Law, and HP buys these cars to resell since they are so well priced. The factory 100,000. warranty only applies to original buyer. There is already an engine history with this car, why wouldn't Genesis stand behind their product, and continue with the 100,000 mile warranty. Very disappointed!

  Amin, Josh, and Branko helped us purchase a certified preowned car this month. They were good communicators and pleasant throughout the entire experience. Compared with other dealerships, I felt they were more transparent about the process and pricing, which I appreciated.

  Communication was very hard. I would call and got no returned calls, the porter showed up with my car and I didn’t know it was even done. I got no call either if the problem was fixed.

  Grant and Alex facilitated my transaction with ease and professionalism. They’re many states away and made everything very easy from the very beginning and all the way to receiving the vehicle via transport. They were easy to talk to and responsive. Financing was also a breeze with easy digital signing. Great dealership and many thanks guys!!
