I did get an extended warranty being that this is the second largest purchase I'll make and I want to make sure I'm protected. Highly recommended.

I was also provided a loaner vehicle while they had mine. I will be bringing my vehicle back for everything from now on. The finance department was where I was disappointed. There were multiple fees added on to my OTD price that I was not informed of when I originally asked Matt for the number. This included a GPS tracker that I asked to have removed (which they didn’t do) and an “optional” fee that is apparently not optional. The electric car did not come with the charger that should’ve been included, and they could not even give me a $150 credit to purchase my own. It was a frustrating process, made worse by the fact that my car was not charged when I arrived, so I was stuck in the dealership for over 5 hours waiting for it to be fully charged.

I went in and test drove a vehicle, but it didn't have the features I was looking for. Matt continued with me and showed me other vehicles. The dealership management was very responsive to any concerns I had and continued with me until all of my concerns were satisfied. The dealership is also beautiful and very pleasant to be in. Thank you for the excellent service.
