  These people are fantastic, they are so helpful and on their game. I'd recommend everyone in this store to help with all of your auto needs. If they can't help they will refer you to trusted local repair shops they know and work with to get you vehicle fixed right. Young man who is the store manager is so knowledgeable and incredibly polite. The best auto shop in town!!!!

  Wouldn’t go to autozone in herrin for nothing! I went there last night to get headlights for my car because the low beams are horrible, the guy asked if I wanted him to put them in for me, told me him sure( didnt think it would be an issue) needless to say I now have no light on one side. He told me after messing it up and having to drive home ( at night with my baby in the car )with one light because he not only messed up something he didn’t fix the light that basically it was my fault. Then didn’t sell me the “ socket “ I need after saying they had it. So after charging me 70$ for lights he messed my light up and now it could possibly need professional repair or work done. Mind you I just bought the car 8 hours prior and ALL my lights besides the one fog light ar bottom of car worked they was just horrible so I wanted brighter lights.

  Came in here a little while back and Zeb and josh helped me around and chatted with me about the problems I was having with the car. They helped with ever thing I had to throw at them, definitely will be coming back here to the zone.
