The manager Luna went out of her way to help me out on her lunch break. Her and another gentleman spent 30 minutes in the cold retightening the connections to my battery and jumping it. We finally got it started so I could drive it over for a charge. I ended up deciding to replace the battery and they gave me a discount. Lekeif helped me replace the battery. Everyone went above and beyond.

Clueless female employee stated that "they can not replace/exchange the failed spark plug because the purchase was long time ago", and stated that they can do that only for comercial accounts. This is is only car parts store in the worrld that won't replace the part that is still Under manufacturer's warranty. Technically, they can sell you bad parts.

Lester helped me and was so professional and explained to me why my light was on.
