- MLMaryanne LoveNov 30, 20251.0I must say that AutoZone and in Harvey has the worst customer service that I have ever seen from any AutoZone I was in the store they had multiple workers walking around looking on shelves and only one person servicing the register a customer walked in a a store rep ask him if she could help him when she clearly saw that I had been standing there at least 5 minutes waiting to get help when I addressed the issue to let her know that I was standing there she clearly said to me that she didn't work in the store what does that have to do with you see a customer standing in line but yet someone walks in from the outside and you wait on them first and when she said it she was hostile as well it is my opinion you know that you made a mistake you could address me as a customer and it much better fashion I also called corporate but I got no response from them as well my question to you AutoZone if it was not for customer such as myself where would AutoZone be the customers are AutoZone never forget that
