I arrived two hours prior to closing and my tires were not available as scheduled in the appointment due to a glitch in the Goodyear corporate system. Victor made sure to get the specialty tires from another store more than a half hour away so that his outstanding team could finish the job before closing and I was ready for my road trip the next morning. Very friendly check out service by Carlos.

I had just blown out a tire and was on a time crunch to pick up my daughter from school and he went above and beyond to make sure my tire was replaced in a very timely manner.
