He was short staffed and there were 4 guests ahead of me. Matt recognized that I was comfortable waiting and treated me like I deserved his business. Once it was my turn he got me in my rental and on my way. Also had a porter drive me back to my body shop so I didn’t have to Uber. I will not rent anywhere else. Thank you Matt.
