They told me they have a different system than the location I bought the original pump from, and that's why it's not showing up. So now I'm calling the location I first bought the water pump from and they told me they found me in their system, but that it was weird for the Hanover Park location not to show my warranty when they work on the same system. If you don't want to order my part, then just say that instead of playing games.
