    Do not even try... These stalls NEVER work. Gurnee Mall should have these remove and install seriuos chargers, that's a shame for a mall this size. Update 4/28: Calling EVgo support doesn't help anything. They will just apologize to you and tell you they are under maintenance (has been an year!)

    Chargers broken and in disrepair, cords thrown on ground because holders broke off. Chargers stuck on ‘preparing’. Stations have duplicate asset tags making troubleshooting with phone support very difficult. App is barely functional, for some reason requires tons of personal information and refuses to work with my phone number.

    This EZGO is Located at the Gurnee Mills Lot F entrance, around the bend from Bass Pro Shop, and just across from Portillos and Burlington. The mall itself is off the 94 at 132 West Grand Avenue. ⚡️Cheers and Happy Charging⚡️
