  Zero customer service, a girl (csr 5 on receipt) rolled her eyes and pointed to the self checkout that was full of trash and trash bags then stood there but once I asked for a military discount she told me to go back to where I first asked her, I paid and she just put the receipt down near me and walked away saying something under her breath... Will never return here again 2/28 11:41am

  At 7:30 a.m. on February 11th 2025 I determined that Daniel is the man. Make sure that he is acknowledged. I own one of Chicago's largest Consulting companies I know good customer service when I see it for a lack thereof. Next time I come back if he's not a manager then I'll know the management doesn't know what they're doing here.

  A store worker tested my battery, and told me it was reading good but couldn't test my alternator as the battery was too low (37%). I went home, charged the battery to full and went back to the store (7 min drive). Their machine read the battery at only 30% but kept assuring me the battery was good (per their machine). I took my car to the dealership as I was told it was most likely the alternator because the batter dropped 70% in a 7 min drive. They tested the battery and their machine said the battery was bad. If Autozone's machine worked correctly I would have saved $300 by just buying a new battery instead of additional diagnostics at the dealership.

  They say they’ll replace batteries that failed under warranty. Would not replace. Told me otp they would toss the new battery in. They would not install new battery. Battery was 08/2025 tried to warranty 12/2025. Very poor customer service from grey shirts. Told them “I’m going to chat with your DM and don’t be surprised when weird changes start happening” They called the police lol. Red shirts were nice. Red shirt told me she would change it but grey shirt told her not to.

  I walked into this store today and like always start ordering parts for my vehicles. This guy name bill who was the one who “help me” was no help at all. After giving him all the information that he needed to look for my parts he started giving me part numbers. I was like hey bro I am not going to remember all that. I had to go get most of it by my self, he kind of help me with a horrible and lazy face. I’m just hoping that I have all the right things that I need. I also believe he was a store manager. Definitely bad customer service.
