When I first entered the store I was the 2nd in line and had waited for a few minutes for help as both representatives were busy. When one rep became free (male), a brand new customer walked into the store (male) and the rep totally ignored me and helped the other person. It is not that he didn't see me, he just chose to help the other person. I thought it was really rude. The other rep that ended up helping me (female) went above and beyond to service me, which I truly appreciated (which is the reason for 4 stars). If this review depended on my experience with the first representative, the results would have been far more negative (had to ding and remove a star because of this dude).

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
