Does the electric charging station charge cell phones as well as vehicles?
That is the question.

Car was 76% charged. My bill after charging the rented Ionic 5 ended up being $55. Thought that was high for only needing 24% for a full charge.

It's okay. But whoever owns it is going to be to be mindful of the fact that sometimes things break and to be a good neighbor means to make sure you provide trash cans. There's more to this kind of thing than just plunking down chargers. The first machine I went up to had some sort of coolant error and so it wouldn't charge. And the area around the chargers has trash everywhere. I realize it's the fault of the people that either threw it out their window or empty their trash on the ground, but there are no trash cans there either.

The map shows it in the wrong area it's actually over kind of in front of Goodwill and Applebee's there's many chargers and you can walk to Applebee's or Arby's to get some food and use the restroom.
