  I use enterprise in Glenwood Illinois/Homewood. They were fantastic. Help me with my reservation that I canceled by accident having dual reservations. I highly recommend them. They really work with me. Thanks, Glenwood Homewood enterprise

  I have been to this location several times. They share a strip center with several other businesses. They keep parking cars in front of the handicap access to the sidewalk for all of the businesses. It's not even a parking space. It is very clearly marked with solid yellow lines. Guess what? That means NO PARKING! If you have to use a walker or a roller, there is no other way to get on the sidewalk except for the little ramp that they continue to block by parking a car in front of it. I have brought it to the attention of the employees at least 3 times. They apologize and say they will take care of it, but it keeps happening. Today, I had to go to the UPS store in that center. Guess what? There was an Enterprise rental car blocking the ramp and my access to the sidewalk. I mean seriously! It's utterly ridiculous. STOP BREAKING THE LAW! It's not a parking spot. Quit using it as one, please.

  My experience here today (03/20/26), along with several others, was disappointing. Apparently there was an “accident” on the website that allowed dozens of people to make reservations that suddenly didn’t exist when we arrived. They apparently called from some number that got flagged as spam by my phone to let us know about this “error “. The frustrating thing is that there is no acknowledgment from corporate that this error really was their fault and not the location’s. Regardless of whose fault it was, it resulted in me being without a rental and unable to find another rental in the surrounding areas. While the staff was polite, it doesn’t make up for the inconvenience of having wasted an afternoon without receiving a rental and no attempt being made to resolve the issue. I have had nothing but great experiences with Enterprise in the past but this experience has definitely changed my opinion of the company in general. It is unprofessional how this was addressed, especially after receiving numerous promises that rentals would be available in the afternoon at a nearby location from customer service. Of course, none of this happened, and I had a second reservation cancelled, again not on the website, but by the owner of that Enterprise location who called 5 minutes after the reservation to state that they were all out of pickup trucks.
