There's a new crew now, and the manager, Terrell (light-skinned with tattoos on his neck and I believe his face as well), displayed a very dismissive and unprofessional attitude. His customer service was seriously lacking, and it's unacceptable—especially from someone in a leadership role. Managers should set the tone and lead by example, but that wasn’t the case today. It’s unfortunate because I’ve had positive experiences here in the past, but today’s visit was different. I’ll be sharing my experience with others in the community to make sure they’re aware and hope they’ll never visit this location. It’s a shame to see my own people running an establishment with such horrible customer service!
