Although the rep who I spoke to was nice, it is extremely inconvenient to now have to scramble to locate a rental vehicle. Allegedly the store "tried to call" me yesterday. I have no missed calls or messages. Just overall poor communication led to a major inconvenience for me. Very disappointing.

Apparently she is so rude and disgusting I was told specifically about her and to avoid this specific Enterprise before I came, it’s just convenient for me and my location. I did call corporate, didn’t receive a call back…posting is more visible and withstanding. She is the definition of how the world sees black women: angry, rude and lazy. She is the type to prove the narrative right. Customer service training/refresher couldn’t help her…it’s a lost cause…
