- BLBarb LawlerOct 26, 20255.0Check out and check in of the vehicle we rented was very easy. We drove this rental on highways, suburbs, and city's and experience was great. We ran into one small snafu where a tire pressure reported low and we put air in but it still reported low. Took it to a tire shop and they checked all tires identified the problem was likely last rotation they didn't update to wheels to sync with where there were reporting (high tech stuff!). I reported this to the person when returning the vehicle and they asked if we incurred any charges - which we did not. I speculate they would have reimbursed us if we had, but just having been asked made me feel they cared and weren't trying to avoid a problem. We also returned early and we're able to get credit back for the unused days! Great experience, we'll rent from Enterprise again.

When I arrived a couple of hours later, the rental still wasn’t available. Joe made extra efforts to find options that worked for me. I think that he really appreciated my inconvenience and upgraded my rental to compensate. I’m very happy with the professionalism here and will continue to rent.
