  Excellent service was provided by this dealership. Marvin the Service Advisor was exceptionally professional and honest; everything you would want from a service advisor. The technician was excellent and serviced the vehicle very fast. The cafe was awesome; I had a great complimentary breakfast. Thanks again!

  Excellent in service, time, details on what needs to done for my Lexus and above all the waiting lounge with full of goodies and all kinds of cold and hot beverages. Definitely a come back dealer to have servicing done for my car.

  I had an outstanding experience at Fields Lexus Glenview. It was easily one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. Tony in sales was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car without any pressure. Mauricio in finance made everything seamless and transparent, explaining each step clearly and helping secure a great deal. Jeff in service was also fantastic and very professional, showing a real commitment to customer care. I purchased a 2026 RX Premium Plus and could not be happier. The pricing, discounts, and overall value were excellent, and the entire process from start to finish felt smooth and efficient. If you are looking for a Lexus in the Chicagoland area, I highly recommend this dealership. Great people, great service, and a truly premium experience.

  As usual the staff at Fields Lexus Glenview were prompt in welcoming me and very professional. The service handler Kevin was very personable and courteous, both before and after 40,000-mile-service was performed. I also enjoyed interacting with Chef Adrian and other lunch customers while I was waiting for the service to be completed. Best service appointment I've ever had!
