  Working with Mike Stark (a.k.a. Starks with the sparks ⚡️) at Fields Jeep was an outstanding experience. He was phenomenal from start to finish. I came in today 4/9/26 with what was a consistent shudder/jerk issue on my Wrangler at low throttle, and Mike made the entire check-in and warranty repair process incredibly smooth. He was knowledgeable, transparent and kept me in the loop every step of the way which made a huge difference. Also a big thank you to Jacob (my porter) who made sure I had safe transportation home. That level of care doesn't go unnoticed. Great guy to chat with too. Highly recommend Fields Jeep for service on your vehicle. Be sure to check out their quick service diner inside their service area serving up Home Run Inn pizza for free (this was the cherry on top). Mike and the service team at Fields truly go above and beyond. Thank you!

  We worked with Z i can’t explain to you how helpful and simply amazing he was. He went above and beyond on our deal from the first phone call.. I’m truly thankful he was our salesman. The building is so welcoming we felt like family as we walked in. I brought my three kids and they were welcomed with open arms instantly. Buying a car with children can be usually difficult at a car dealership. this was not the case. Thank you fields for giving me my dream vehicle and my dream buying experience.

  Big Mistake Fields Dodge Chrysler in Glenview, Illinois accepted my full price offer for a low mileage, late model Chrysler Pacifica listed on the Carfax website. I made a $500.00 deposit, had a relative drive me 400 miles to the dealership the next business day, inspected the vehicle and told the sales person I would take it. I went to a local branch of my bank and picked up a cashier’s check. When I returned, the sales person said he was sorry to inform me that the vehicle had an open recall that he hadn’t seen because the Carfax report “just came out.” I had found the vehicle on the Carfax website and the open recall was clearly marked in two places on the report. The sales person claimed it was against corporate policy to sell a vehicle with an open recall and the deal couldn’t go through. Then he had good news. He said the sales manager felt so bad that he could make me the “deal of a lifetime” on a new van. It turned out the “deal of a lifetime” was a more expensive vehicle with a lower trim level. The next day the van with the open recall was still listed on the Carfax website.

  My experience with Fields Jeep auto group on warranty service repair was excellent. Robert Ruggeri was very helpful in coordinating the repair and using the correct replacement parts. The repair went as planned and the vehicle was return quickly with no problems.

  Had a great experience at Fields Jeep in Glenview. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. Peter, the service manager, delivered excellent service and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I dropped my car off overnight, and it was ready within just a few hours the next day, which really exceeded my expectations. It’s clear they value their customers’ time and take pride in their work. Highly recommend going there if you want fast, reliable, and top-notch service.
