- GNGabriel A NolascoSep 12, 20241.0I called the Penske office to try and report the issue however I was placed on hold for like 10 min and was never helped. That’s the reason why I’m leaving this review. I was at the intersection of Fullerton and bloomingdale Rd waiting to turn Right. The light was red and there is a sign that clearly states no Turn on red between the Hrs of 7Am-10pm. Behind me was a person driving a Penske Truck and they started honking like crazy trying to get me to turn. I tried signaling him to look at the sign but he kept honking more. I obviously didn’t turn so he started screaming nonsense and honking even more. This kind of behavior should not be allowed my kids were in the car with me and they should not have to witness something like this happened. This incident happened around 4:30pm 09/12
