When I returned the next day to get my money back the store manager refused the refund simply because I didn’t have the original box. He was immediately defensive and dismissive. insisting the only option was an exchange. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable. I just wanted a refund for a defective product. Instead, I was met with unprofessional customer service and no real solution. Very disappointing experience, and I will not be shopping at this store again.
