  I highly recommend this location! The entire staff were incredibly helpful! They helped walked me through what I needed and went above and beyond in helping me resolve the issue with my car. Special shout out to Kevin who is an Angel walking among us! I have not had customer service this fantastic in years. Kevin went above and beyond anything I could imagine. Chef’s Kiss! Someone give him a raise immediately! Don’t sleep on this location. Five out of Five stars ALL DAY! !!!

  Bought some wipers. They were too big (the data in their computer must have been wrong), and they hit each other when activated. I went back, and bought some smaller ones - I begrudgingly accepted that I couldn't return the wipers because they were installed - even though I thought that was questionable, considering they had used their computer to tell me what size to install... The guy who helped me was nice enough, and put the wipers on. I did a check on them, and they still hit. He was trying to tell me the whole time that they weren't, while I was literally watching them do it. Wasn't hard to tell he just wanted me to go away. I started to play around with the issue and determined that one of the wipers was oversized. I went back a THIRD time, got the smaller wiper, and I asked if I could take the wiper out and check real quick outside if it was the right size - I was told "if you take that out of here, you'll not be able to return it". Not being able to check a size of a part is one of the stupidest things I've heard. I ended up buying multiple wipers here, parting with some $$, and as far as I'm concerned, it's because they got it wrong to start with. Last time I give them my business.

  I haven't gotten this good customer service in as long as I can remember. Kevin was the nicest and most friendly dude, made everything easy, did a swap out install on my battery in my Prius, took care of everything. He even made my 4 year old laugh and have a good time despite being in bad weather. I'll definitely be coming back here and always asking for Kevin.

  My first time going to this Autozone location to buy a new bulb for my headlight, came out super blessed and thankful! Kevin was AMAZING from the time I stepped in until the time I left. He was very welcoming, funny, and even came out and changed my light for me right there! Such a blessing and great customer service! Give him a raise! Thank you again!
