  On Monday, April 27th, I purchased my first mini cooper at MINI of Glencoe. I needed to schedule an appointment with the service department before I left. I needed to bring my car in on Tuesday morning for 24 hours. Teri checked me in on Tuesday. She was delightful. I was very comfortable with the process and the plans were to drop it off at 7:30am on Tuesday. I asked Teri if I could have the mini cooper convertible as a loaner and she said she would try her best. When I arrived in the morning, Teri greeted me with the keys to the mini convertible. She also took the time to acquaint me with the car's dashboard. Both Teri and Justin were very professional, patient, and extremely helpful. Thank you to the Sevice Department! Monica Biegel

  By far the best car shopping experience we had. Motoring Advisor Kenny Gray was fantastic!! He was courteous and attentive, answered all car related questions. Finance Manager Evan Williams was great, explained every important point of the sales contract as well as the benefits of extended warranty and service agreement with no pressure. All around good people there, highly recommend Mini of Glencoe for next either used or new car purchase!

  I have an older mini and was in need of some support that my local mechanic as able to do. I was very hesitant figuring out where to go after having a very bad experience with another local Mini dealer. I figured I'd try Mini of Glencoe do to its relatively convenient location and I'm glad I did. Justin was very confident that he would be able to solve my problem, and I was frankly suspicious based on my history with my issue. Within a day, he was able to solve my issue and took care of me like I bought the car from him. I can't recommend the service department enough, and when I'm in the market for a replacement, Mini of Glencoe is the first place I will go.

  Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve had. I made the drive (over an hour) to check out a specific used car, and it was exactly what I was hoping for—well priced and in great condition. The entire process was straightforward and stress-free. Ric was fantastic—honest, fair, and really went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. You don’t always expect to enjoy buying a car, but this was genuinely a great experience. Plus, the showroom parrot was a fun bonus. Big thanks to Ric and the whole MINI of Glencoe team. I’d absolutely recommend them.

  Came in for a leak in my tire. Cesar greeted me and assisted as soon as I pulled into the service department. The tech was quick to find the issue and Cesar ordered the tire right away. Jeremy, the service manager, checked in with me to make sure his staff was taking care of me and if I needed any additional assistance. Tire came in after a small wait and they got it changed and me back on the road. Highly recommend this service department. Awesome staff. Awesome service. A++++!
