  I’ve consistently had excellent experiences with the service department at Mini of Glencoe, and my recent visit was no exception. Cesar made the process smooth, communicative, and genuinely stress-free from start to finish. It’s rare to find a service team that delivers this level of professionalism every time, but they do. Highly recommend them if you want reliable, consistent care for your Mini.

  I had an excellent car-buying experience with Ric from start to finish. From the moment I walked in he was friendly, professional & knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at for my daughter.   Incredible customer service. Very comfy waiting area with plenty of work space and two cute birds!!!!! I loved them 🥰🥰 so cute. Snacks and drinks made my day as well. Cesar was incredibly helpful, nice, and a pleasure to work with. I felt like I was in the best of hands. Would absolutely return to this Mini Dealership for future work and future needs.

  Joe is one of the most helpful, thoughtful, customer focussed, authentic car sales persons we have ever had!   My name is Grayson Luckenbach, On Thursday February 5th, I took my countryman to get serviced for the first time at the mini cooper of glencoe. I’m originally from cincinnati ohio, but this past year I moved to chicago for work. The customer service from mini glencoe in comparison to the cincinnati location is completely superior. I called on tuesday the 3rd and within minutes, Justin booked me for an appointment, it was the fastest and easiest booking i’ve ever done. Justin was one of the kindest and most helpful mini employee’s I have ever met. He made my experience on thursday incredibly smooth, concise, and fast. It only took a couple hours to do a lot of work on my mini cooper. It’s a 2018 model and it needed the cars axel fixed, a tear in the ignition machinery, battery, oil, breaks, the works… Justin made sure to consistently check up on me and update me on the progress of my car. He offered a ride for me to go wherever while I waited for the finish of my service but the experience was so positive, I decided to just relax in the customer waiting lounge. Justin made sure I knew where the snacks were located, as well as the coffee, waters, merchandise, etc. I am looking forward to coming back into mini this upcoming week as I needed a part that had to be ordered. They were able to have it come overnight for the very next day. But I told them i’m fine with coming back next week because of how relaxing, luxurious and chic mini of glencoe is. They told me the new piece to be installed would take 30 minutes or less. Justin is a highly skilled, helpful, and kind employee, he even made sure to replace my key batteries and leave an additional set in my car for when I need to replace them. I’m not one to usually leave a review, but when I experience truly exceptional customer service. I will take the time to leave one. Thank you to the entire mini team of glencoe and justin for keeping me updated and helping the experience to be a smooth and fast one!
