  I accidentally vacuumed my rosary and I panicked! But an amazingly calm and efficient employee, Brian, looked through the system until he found it. I am really grateful for this young man who went above and beyond to help me out. Brian was polite and cheerful and Jet-Brite should be proud to have him as an employee. (Side note -those free vacuums are POWERFUL!!!)

  If your vehicle gets damaged, even a free wash isn’t worth it. I take my Prius here every week and have a subscription. My van, however, only comes in occasionally—usually after a long trip—and I pay cash for those washes. Twice now, my van has been damaged here (long rotating scratch down the passenger side), and both times any attempt to get the business to investigate or take responsibility has been immediately dismissed. They’ll take a damage report, and the next day you receive a boilerplate email claiming the damage was “pre-existing,” even when it clearly wasn’t. The first incident happened in December 2024. They claimed security footage showed the damage was already there. I asked to see the footage—my message was ignored. Later, I found the support ticket had been deleted entirely. I had no way to follow up. Last week, after returning from a trip, I brought the van in again (having forgotten about the previous incident) to clean and vacuum it before giving it back to my wife. While drying it near the vacuums, I noticed the original scratch had not only gotten worse—it now had fresh paint damage. I reported it to the employee, who opened another ticket. The next day, I got the same response: the damage was “pre-existing.” The irony? It was—because they caused it in the first place. When I tried to reply to the email, the ticket had already been removed, and the “click here to reply” link went nowhere. This is a prime example of a business that prioritizes quick profits over customer satisfaction. If something goes wrong, they don’t want to hear it—and certainly don’t want to fix it. This is the first of many social media posts I am planning on doing to make others aware of such bad business practices.
