I felt unfairly treated and unsupported, and at one point the police were even called despite me remaining calm and cooperative. That alone says a lot about how poorly the situation was handled. Afterward, I tried to reach out to file a complaint, but no one returned my calls. It feels like this location may be franchised, because there is clearly a lack of accountability and customer care from management. If you have an issue here, don’t expect help—you’ll have to file a formal complaint yourself. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
