We moved over a year ago 65 miles away. And yet, I find that the most trustworthy accurate diagnosis has come from Mike here at Car X in Glen Ellyn. Mike is very professional and yet friendly, and so far for the past six years that I have gone there. He's been honest in troubleshooting anything with my car. He never tries to push anything that is not needed. Therefore, I will keep driving almost an hour and a 1 to get my car serviced here.

If it weren’t for your expert opinion, I would still have my lemon car and a whole bunch of other problems. Even when I did have that car, you always managed to take care of everything. When I’d freak out about something small that I thought was major, you helped me not freak out by fixing the problem and shedding light on how simple it was and how you fixed it, what I need to look out for the future, etc. THANK YOUUUU!!!!

Several things happened all at once regarding my car, putting me in a tight spot. I needed someone who would be honest with me rather than see me as opportunity and take advantage of me. I needed someone willing to fit me in as quickly as possible. Not to mention needing someone to step in as my reliable go to guy for car repair needs, after suddenly losing my trusted mechanic. From the moment Mike answered the phone, walked through my concerns, fit me in, warmly greeted me and explained things honestly - with options, to handing my keys back sending me on my way quicker than I expected, I drove away relieved and thankfully knowing two things.
