  Very pleasant experience overall. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Wasn't particularly thrilled with their choice of the Nissan Rogue, but it was just a rental while my vehicle was in the shop being repaired. Not entirely sure why I have a "TIME & DISTANCE" charge on my invoice since insurance covered the daily rental charge and there was supposedly unlimited mileage and the vehicle was driven only for approximately 30 miles during the rental period of 8 days.

  No cars at the airport on Thursday night. Set up a reservation in glen carbon for 7:30 Friday morning and I was on the road by 7:45. Excellence in action.

  The staff in this location is world class. They are patient, attentive, and personable. Making adjustments that match my needs, creating a great flow in a very small parking lot, and really driving a great experience for me each time. I was very impressed with the new strategy to prep and expedite nice vehicles for corporate travelers. On this trip my day started out challenging, leaving my house about 30 minutes behind schedule. With this new strategy, and quick help from the staff, I was able to recover that time and make my customer meeting ahead of schedule in KC. Really appreciate this Team!

  As a long time customer I’m absolutely disappointed with this location. I will definitely not be using enterprise anymore! Says a lot considering I now have to drive out of town every time I want to rent a car. What’s the point of a reservation AND time if you have no cars. I had something very important to attend and they dropped the ball. No cars! Then to top it off, Gavin was supposed to have secured me a ride to enterprise at 1145a. You’ll get a call he said. No call was made. I had to call them and was informed they had no cars for me. At the time of my rental. Left scrambling to secure a different alternative. Happy to take my business elsewhere. (Budget came through for me.)

  Location called a day prior to my rental and stated that they did not have any rentals available. I was flexible on my pickup time and they completely came through with my rental. In and out in a matter of less than 15 minutes. Upon return of the rental drop off was great and Gavin helped me out tremendously. 20/10 would recommend this location! I definitely will be renting from the Glen Carbon location again!
