    Big thumbs up to the young men up in Glen Carbon, IL. This day & age you just don’t see young guys this genuine, it was very refreshing at least from my stand point.

    Customer facing provider (Ian) had very poor behavior. Manager (Grant) stepped in and remediated the situation. Conner and Grant had excellent customer service.

    Used car salesman overload. 2nd time a different salesman told me “he was going on a walk with his grandmother”. There is a tire tread depth marker build into the tire, you don’t have to walk around and pretend to check every tire with a tread depth gauge. No one’s seemed to know how much there car were to rent. Told me my insurance company was going to stop paying for the rental if I did not tell the where I was talking my car to get repaired. The insurance co didn’t make a payment everyday. I have the option to repair my own car. They wanted to know what I drive so I didn’t rent a nicer car than I owned.
