  Renters Beware!!!!! I have rented before from enterprise and have been happy with my experience but not recently. My auto nsurance rented a vehicle for me while my vehicle was at the body shop getting work done. While doing the paperwork they ask if I want the additional insurance they provide at cost to me. I would have to pay for it myself though but if an accident should happen the car would be completely covered with no claim to my insurance. $19 a day. Ok sure I already have one claim on my car at the shop and we are looking at heavy snow coming in the next couple days it might be a good idea. So I said yes. They then ask about how I want to take care of the fuel upon return. I can fill it up before I return or I can auto pay them to do it. It's just $2.59 a gallon if I have them do it. Im a busy woman and one who likes to SAVE MONEY and that price a gallon sounds pretty good. Way lower than if I fuel up somewhere on the return. I said yes. I was supposed to be in the rental a week. Good fortune came upon me and well I returned the rental the very next morning. Having only driven it home the night before and returning the next day. I live in Pontoon Beach just a short drive from Edwardsville . The fuel gage barely off of Full from when I picked it up the day before. The return goes ok until what I see what is NOT being refunded. $89. Im like WHY? $19 for the additional insurance for one day and what I figured at most $10 to $15 in gas to refill the tank. How does that add up to $89. The assistant manager tells me that regardless of where the tank is on fuel you pay for a full tank. Yes its unfortunate for you but that is how things are done. So I paid $70 dollars for fuel I didn't even use. It was a Nissan Armada SUV . The whole sales pitch was per gallon not per tank size and volume. What a scam. Shame on you Enterprise. Ripping people off. I'll take my business elsewhere next time and you can bet I wil be asking more questions next time on any rental agreement anywhere.

  The way they are billing me has my credit card all messed up right now. I wont do business there again.

  They picked me up at the body shop and had a car ready. Ethan was awesome. 100% a pleasent experience, so far.

  Big thumbs up to the young men up in Glen Carbon, IL. This day & age you just don’t see young guys this genuine, it was very refreshing at least from my stand point.
