I told the salesperson I was leaving my job and starting a new one, and instead of submitting the accurate information I provided, she put my old job on the application without my consent. That alone is dishonest. Then they let me drive off in the car for almost two weeks without confirming financing was even approved. What kind of dealership hands someone keys without verifying funding? That is negligence and incompetence at its highest level. After two weeks of me paying full insurance on a car I believed was mine, they suddenly called and demanded the vehicle back because “financing fell through.” That’s not an accident — that’s sloppy and deceptive business. Their mistake cost me money, time, and created a huge disruption in my life. Enterprise’s actions were irresponsible, misleading, and completely unacceptable. I will be filing complaints with the Illinois Attorney General, the FTC, and the BBB, and I am pursuing legal options for the financial losses they caused me. If you value your time, money, or sanity, avoid this dealership at all costs. They do not operate with honesty or accountability.

But when I got to the place to pick up the car they said I needed an extra $300 on my card. Needless to say no rental business will they ever see me for.
