  Thank god for TikTok they told me to go here if you don’t have the best of credit and they will also work with whatever your down payment is 😊☺️I’m so happy Jeff got me in a 2023 Malibu that runs supers good with low miles. They also gave my son snacks soon as we walked in we definitely enjoyed the experience everyone was nice 😊 I will definitely recommend them!

  I am posting this review to document my experience with Enterprise Car Sales and to support formal escalation with the Better Business Bureau and the Illinois Attorney General. I purchased a vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales, but the financing was never confirmed by the lender even though I was allowed to take possession of the car and drive it for nearly two weeks. During that time, I incurred significant out-of-pocket costs including insurance premiums and related expenses for a vehicle I ultimately did not legally own — all based on Enterprise’s representations. I acted in good faith and disclosed that I was changing employers, yet my loan was submitted with outdated information, which later caused the financing to collapse. When Enterprise demanded the vehicle back, I was left responsible for all financial burdens with no meaningful resolution offered. I was later contacted by the regional manager, but that interaction provided no accountability, no reimbursement, and no real effort to resolve the harm caused — only dismissive responses that failed to address the financial impact on me. Under Illinois law, vehicle sales and financing practices must be conducted in good faith, and dealerships can be held responsible for deceptive or misleading practices under the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act and related protections. � Justia This situation has caused unnecessary financial harm and stress, and Enterprise’s handling of it reflects a lack of transparency and consumer protection. I strongly urge Enterprise to reimburse all out-of-pocket costs related to this transaction, including insurance premiums and documented expenses, and to provide written confirmation that no negative credit reporting resulted from this situation. I am posting this review to support my complaint with the BBB and the Illinois Attorney General’s Office and to encourage Enterprise to correct these practices so other consumers are not similarly harmed.

  Very friendly, no hassle, And the cleanest used car I've ever seen. Price was right we bought it. Sales people were wonderful.

  This was by far the most unprofessional and deceptive car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Enterprise Car Sales completely mishandled my purchase from start to finish. I told the salesperson I was leaving my job and starting a new one, and instead of submitting the accurate information I provided, she put my old job on the application without my consent. That alone is dishonest. Then they let me drive off in the car for almost two weeks without confirming financing was even approved. What kind of dealership hands someone keys without verifying funding? That is negligence and incompetence at its highest level. After two weeks of me paying full insurance on a car I believed was mine, they suddenly called and demanded the vehicle back because “financing fell through.” That’s not an accident — that’s sloppy and deceptive business. Their mistake cost me money, time, and created a huge disruption in my life. Enterprise’s actions were irresponsible, misleading, and completely unacceptable. I will be filing complaints with the Illinois Attorney General, the FTC, and the BBB, and I am pursuing legal options for the financial losses they caused me. If you value your time, money, or sanity, avoid this dealership at all costs. They do not operate with honesty or accountability. After posting this I followed directions and was called by the regional manager. My thought is that they dont wanna get sued. Because this whole interaction was deceitful and I felt it, but I was ensured that I didn't have anything to worry about. That was a lie. So whatever you do try to avoid this place. Will update once I obtain my lawyer.
