I then ended up being charged over $5,000. The invoice includes unnecessary equipment and charges that were not required for the situation. There were also attempts to increase the price during the service, leaving me with no real choice at the scene. Being forced into a tow company chosen by law enforcement that charges 10× more than the market rate is unacceptable. Extremely poor experience and very unfair billing. I do not recommend this company.
