This time I come in for my second oil change and I’m not exaggerating it’s been close to 3 hours. Completely ridiculous. I had asked if they had time to get me done and they said yes. They failed to inform me that they had to order the oil filter which is why I’ve been waiting so long for. I literally could have gone to Chicago to get my oil done faster. Definitely do not recommend.
